Tree validation

Using a slightly over-sized stack of publications (78), we finally finished the validation of 257 branches identified by 395 markers. The latter was extremely time-consuming, since every marker should be checked for:

1. A publication naming the marker and the mutation type.
2. A publication assigning it to a branch. Additionally we added publications that validated marker/branch pairs for forensic casework.

There are some markers/branched left invalid, because no sufficient informations(mostly mutation types and primers) are available. If you have any further publications/references, please extend the database and help us validating. Switch to Wiki/Export to extract a tree.
